


Pricing & Services The Perfect Event, LLC can handle every aspect of your event from theme conception and RSVP management to day-of-event services and everything inbetween. Whether you are looking for full-service planning or partial project assistance, you have come to the right place! We work with our clients to determine their needs and goals in terms of services required, expectations for their event, and budgeting. With this information, we create a customized event planning approach and pricing package to properly suit each individual client. Being that every event is so unique, we have a variety of billing structures that we use to ensure a cost-effective and fair billing arrangement for every client who contracts with us. FLAT FEE: In some cases, we may charge our clients a flat fee for our services. Such an arrangement is negotiated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the complexity of the event, the number of vendors involved, the total budget, and the estimated amount of time that the planning will require. BILLABLE HOURS: Our most popular billing arrangement is charging our clients hourly rates for our services. Under this arrangement, the client delegates specific tasks to The Perfect Event, and is billed accordingly for the amount of hours that those tasks require to complete. Hourly charges can range from $15/hour to $100/hour depending on what the work entails and where it is completed from. COMMISSION: In the case of some fundraising events, the client may be charged a commission on the gross amount raised. Commission rates vary based on the size and success of the event.
